| The problem with the router you have is that the WAN port is the ADSL port. For the router to work as intended, you'd really need an ethernet WAN port. As far as I know, there's no easy way to convert ethernet to ADSL to look like it's coming from an exchange. It may be easier to pick up a wireless ethernet router instead. How many IP addresses will Virgin give you? If they give you more than one, you may be able to use the existing router as just an access point. This would require you to turn off most of the features of the router, including firewalling.
