Nvidia is happy about Apple adoption

When it comes to the U.S. market, Steve Jobs earned himself iconic status with Apple's iPod and later iPhone gadgedt, not to mention the prettiest computers and notebooks around the world.

This opinion maker now loves Nvidia and its latest generation of notebooks do understand why is it so important to get away from those horrible Intel integrated graphics.

Almost bought an i-Phone the other day, literally had filled out the form and had it in my hand, sitting there looking at the form where it said it was going to cost me $2400 over two years, all of a sudden feeling like I was making a terrible mistake. But at the same time after spending 40 minutes talking to the woman while filling out the forms I felt too guilty to ask to cut and run, even assuming I /could/ cut and run given I'd already signed.

Then she says "I'll need to see a bank statement as proof of identification and capacity to pay". So i said, "A bank statement? I think thats a bit of invasion of my privacy" to which she replied "Well, I'm afraid we'll need one to continue".

Secretly thought, great now I've got an excuse! I can pretend to feel my privacy has been invaded and refuse to provide the bank statement.

Did just that and we tore up the forms and everything.

I really love the design, and the UI, not to mention the hardware itself, but when I finally had it in my hand, and was looking at that form with $2,400 written on it, I suddenly felt thankful for my $10/month 3 SkypePhone.

In this economy? Wait a bit and you should be able to pick one out at decent price and maybe without a contract... They may even call you back to say they don't need your info after all....":O}
