That's nice - Ericsson can demonstrate vectorised VDSL2. However, you need more than one pair to make it work, otherwise you can't vectorise.
VDSL2 should manage about 100Mbit/sec at 500m, but drops off down to ADSL2+ speeds by the time you get to about 1600metres. That makes it less useful for the local loop though.

Instead, consider it a good pairing with fibre to the premises. In a multi-tenanted building, you run fibre to the building, and then distribute inside the building using VDSL2.
