Cannot WAIT for this phone. I read an article that made an analogy to IBM/Windows vs. Mac and now Google/Android vs. iPhone that seemed to be the right way to look at this. Dozens of Android phones are set to be released in the next couple of months and developers seem to be getting excited over the vast amount of untapped potential that Android offers.

Android is just going to dominate smartphones for the next few years.

HTC Hero (T3's Gadget + Phone Of The Year), the Droid and Xperia X2 out next month are going to sweep aside all competition.

I have an A855 and got the duaghter an Eris(hero) for x-mas. they are both good little computers, but as with most smartphones, they are not very good phones. neither has bluetooth voice dialing and the screen on mine only wakes up exiting a call about half the time.

Don't get me wrong, I love it! it's far superior to any blackberry, windows mobile or palm I have ever had. I just wish it was as good as a phone as my old Razor was =P
