Slightly smaller and 50% more power. That sounds good to me. It still only 450mW though, so you'd need a fair bit of solar cell to charge/power things. For a mobile phone, it'd probably need 7.7" by 8" to charge it at the same rate as a wall charger. For the laptop I'm working on, it would be about 28.5" by 24" to power and charge it.

450mW would at least help to extend the time in between having to charge from a main power source. Handy if you have a phone that eats power fast.

I just thought...how much good does the sun do the rest of it's components...I remember transiter radio (early) melting when left in the car window...?
