LG Spectrum Features True HD Display

Is 1280x720 "true HD"? How does it compare to Samsung's 1280x800 display? Does anyone want to pay for the data usage for streaming 720p video?

Not sure about the True HD.

"True HD" redirects to 1080p on wikipedia, but "True HDTV" leads to "High-definition television".

I have unlimited data use on my mobile, but not so great for streaming 720p video. Better to download and watch later.
