TomTom navigation app updated to support more devices

What's in this version:
- Increased device compatibility: the app is now optimized for the latest smartphones such as the Samsung Galaxy S3, HTC One X, LG Optimus G and other smartphones with a screen resolution between 800 x 480 pixels and 1280 x 800 pixels.
- Storing the map on SD card: the app now downloads and stores the map by default onto an SD card (if present).
- More reliable map downloads: the download mechanism for maps has been improved. The next map update will be released in December.
