I just got one last week. I would have posted this sooner, but I bought another one this morning.

It is a quirky board, and may take a little work to push a good overclock, but the one I already have can do 224, and I've left it at 203 while I swap memory around.

If you are looking for a board on a budget, this is a good choice. Not for beginners. Keep in mind that the new Via chipset for socket A will be out soon, so if you really want dual channel on a via board, then wait. Otherwise, I think this is a good value solution.
