| Good News... These are the real deal!!!! I just burned a disc, and this is what the reading was: Supported Write Speeds: 2.4x, 4x, 6x, 8x, 12x, 16x Physical Format Information (ADIP): Disc ID: YUDEN000-T02-00 Book Type: DVD+R Note that there are a few revisions out there... The one that is considered the benchmark 16 media is THIS ONE. Just finished burning a disk @ 5:20. My NEC is a very conservative burner, which is good at avoiding coasters... OPC baby! I'm running kprobe in the background on the new DVD, and I'll update as soon as it is done. ... I ran out at lunchtime to get these... I'm tempted to go back and stock up tomorrow. ![]() I have an inside track on Yuden +R's but I don't know if they are the same revision. |

| Here we go... Kprobe, not the most spectacular results, but definitely in the good to acceptable range. For those familiar with the test, and aren't impressed by the results, keep in mind that I am using my combo drive to run this test, which traditionally show much worse results anyway... That being said, I think the results are very good.
