Just watched LotR: Return of the King. Very nice. I mean, for $110 this is cheapert than some CRT 19" Monitors!

Nice find guys...

Heck, you can barely get a good 17" crt for that....

It could be a tad brighter, but now I'm just nitpicking. For $110, it blows away all else. But be quick! It ends in a couple days. I thank you very much, Nate-X, for finally giving me an affordable LCD

You could tweak your setting in your driver to give the brightness a boost...

I've done that, but it still isn't the same. Just increasing the brightness of the output only washes it out once you've hit the max candelas per sq meter of the monitor. It can only get so bright. But it does help some.

I guess my old crt just sucked (though it was a trinitron) because my screen was much brighter lol I even had to dim it =) Be sure to include a sticker with the monitor's serial number as well with the 100 dollar rebate as folks are telling me it's needed.. hopefully they don't need me to send a copy of all the symbols (upc included) because I can't find the extra copy I made

Well, I have the brightness adjusted well enough, and I'm starting to get used to it. I guess my CRT was just really bright. It would light up the whole room...

I'll send the serial number. Thanks for reminding me
