Any decent boot-disk hardware checking software out there?

Just looking for a boot-disk hardware checker that checks graphics, memory, processor, floppy drive.. ya know... all the hardware in a system. I checked with UltraX but their software doesn't support duel processors and I need something that does. Anyone know of any good hardware testing software out there that'll do that? Thanks.
