Angry XP Hibernate issues ...

Hiya

I've had XP installed on my PC for about 1 year (if its not been out that long, it seems it :P) on various systems, with only a few major problems, which i've managed to sort ...

But ... I have this really irritating 'issue' (I would call it a problem, but it's not really ...). Anyway, everything works fine on the system, yet if i try to 'hibernate' the system, it just hangs just after initiating it ...

I've left the system on for about one and a half / two hours while waiting for it to hibernate, but it just hangs. All of the relevant settings are 'on' or 'enabled' (at least, the ones suggested in micromart magazine and on their forums) ...

It's not a major problem as i will be reformatting in a few months, but it would sure make things easier for me to be able to hibernate my PC ...

Cheers in advance

I think i'll leave it for now, and just re-install XP in a few weeks / months ...

I'm folding on my main PC, i'll see about folding on my server aswell ... although its a bit slow, so it may not like it.
