Blocking folders from XP accounts

Hey all,
I have set up some accounts on XP Pro, but i want to be able to limit the whole C: drive, is this possible? I know its probably a pish question, but i cant figure it out

How do you mean you want to limit the whole C drive?

If you're using the NTFS file system, you can set permissions on the file system to allow/deny various types of access to any part of the NTFS file system.

hmm, ok, well, i have someone who has an account on my PC who i just dont trust at all (my brother ), so basically i would like to limit folders, im using XP with NTFS file system, but i only know how to limit access from networks, not from seperate accounts. If i cant block of the whole drive, then can someone explain how to block folders/programs and such like...

You can of course skip the steps about creating user accounts, but don't forget the first step about disabling Simple File Sharing. Make sure that your username has Full Control to all the folders.
