corporate lets you use it on as many PCs in a location as you want, like a site liscense copy, but without the site liscense..
at least, that is what I think

The Corporate version does not need to be activated. That's the only difference.

The so-called "Corporate Version" of Windows XP Pro is a bootlegged copy that, rumor has it, was leaked by a Dell employee and is easily found on the internet. The official Microsoft product that is pre-activated is the Volume License version- they don't have anything called "Corporate Version" in their catalog.

There isn't a version of Windows XP called "Corporate". The version that corporates use is Windows XP Professional - As others have pointed out, the only difference is that it does not need activiation. The machine I'm writing this on has the version of Windows XP Professional that does not require activiation. This is licensed to the company I work for.
