windows server 2003 enterprise edition FTP

I'm trying to set up an FTP but have no idea what to put all the settings to. I got the webroot directory working but i can't seem to get the FTP to work. Anyone know of a good place with info on doing this. I tried but the microsoft stuff didn't help much.

What specifically is the problem?

You should already have a default FTP site. Are you trying to set up your own FTP site, or are you trying to use the default site?
