Missing Sub file

I've got a cd image in a *.ccd format but I'm missing the sub (sub channel I think) file. Is there anything I can do or do I need this file?

Presuming you have the IMG, it depends on the CD. The subchannel is usually required as it contains things like PQ marks and other useful stuff.
