| What software for... Evening all. Just wondering what piece of software I can use to make an image of my OS and programs so I can re-install/recover quickly? I tried using Norton Ghost but it wouldn't work, it found the image but would not run it. And I could not use my Floppy drive because that died! Any others that DONT require the use of a floppy drive and are good? Thanks.

| I use Drive Image quite a bit at work. It seems to work pretty well. However, it also requires a boot floppy to load the base environment for making an image. Newer versions may have a CD image that you can use instead. For myself, I just made a boot floppy, and then built a bootable cd using that floppy image.
