Let's play with System Reporter.
It is a useful program cos you monitor the swap file (or pagefile) % usage.
How you can change the swap file size??

Alot of in depth work there, I'm glad someone has taken the oppotunity to give people who are new to overclocking, but serious, some info to read and take in. All too often people just delve in without any forward planning or much idea on what they are doing, which... although fun, is expensive.

I think I've killed my system 3 times over. The only thing that isn't dead yet is my Raptors, Probably because I can't overclock them... yet

Thus the number is reserved.
