Thanks MONKEYMAN for replying.
the wip usually I hide my signature in my threads especially if the posts are huge cos I must focus the reader instead of advertising.
But this post is small so I enable it.

Nope, the same thing, tried Opera and IE and both keep refreshing the page instead of downloading the file :/

Mantrhax I have no idea what is happening.
What's your operational system?
Cos I use Windows (XP versions) and with IE I can download both programs.

That is exceedingly strange.

Yes, you are the only one reporting this issue.

There are only two things I know of that could cause what you are seeing:

1. Cookies not being set
2. Referer header not being set

As the cookies would be the only thing under your control (the header is handled by the browser automatically), and you are allowing them already, and you have the problem with both IE and Opera, I'm very perplexed.

LEET _dangtx_ shares the OcBible via torrents sites but I have not asked him much about this.
Of course he has my permission to do this cos he is the best Internet friend.

WOW thank you MrSeanKon, really appreciated the attention and finally i got the ocbible files, it'll help me out when assembling my new rig.

im going to office today and ill try downloading from there using the normal link... probably something goes wrong here

Cos you are a new OcBible user I must say:
1) Be patient program requires time.
2) Read the other threads also (PcPer, Ocforums, OCAU etc) cos they have many tutorials.
