When overclocking, don't listen to a thing I say.

Why not? You always achieve high clocks.

Very nice Pitch!
This package is for you!
As you can see it includes many programs OK needs time and practice but after a while you will not need my assistance!
In addition current size is small < 1MB and self extracted.

I burned a 2500+ Barton two years ago cos I bumped Vcore to 2.1Volts...
Cooling was SLK 947U heatsink..
L2 became 64KB so Barton --> Duron...
But it was working OK for one month more and after this period I put it in garbage...

I lost count a while back, but I know I've killed a x800 and a x850. 2x P4's and a load of other items.

Thanks Pitch for posting cos you gave the other side:
Overclocking is not something like gaming...
It is dangerous if you don't follow some basic steps....

AMD gain CPU speed estimator
As you can see my CPU burn-in guide at XtremeSystems after burn-in the current 939 3200+ Venice had MSF=2670 MHz with Vcore=1.663 (32M SuperPi).
Now it passed 2680 MHz!
Room temperature is six degrees lower!
That's why my CPU gained 1 MHz FSB!
Of course Vcore is the same.

Note:
This program based on same desktop CPUs (not mobiles).
See help file for more info.

Let's explore more what is going on...
Multiplier is 10X MSF was 2670 MHz and temperature (some days ago) 48C.
Note:
MSI monitor shows anything.
I measured CPU temperature using thermistor and it is 8-10C lower anyway I am bored to put always probe in heatspreader that's why these temps based on MSI's monitor.
The main parameter is temperature difference not the actual values.
Temp now is 42C...
But as you can see the closest value for temperature is 41C (see second combobox).
Cheat program!
I edited value and I input 42!
Results:

Overclocking Bible: Post your comments/questions here!-post1_1.jpg

The second region has 33% possibility but lower limit is 2663 MHz < 2670 MHz (initial MSF)..
That's why we refuse this area.
First area has 22% possibility and upper limit 2683 MHz (almost 2680 MHz) --> predicts OK regardless small possibility value.
Here is autumn and winter is coming...
Then ambient temperature will be eight degrees smaller (I keep notes for anything) so CPU temperature will be 42 - 8 = 34C.
If we estimate new MSF for Venice in winter fourth area shows 2708 - 2728 MHz --> +40 MHz gain at least.
But it is not impossible that first or second/third area can predict better than fourth regardless smaller possibilities.
All possibilities are < 100.0% --> when an event has 100.0% possibility it occurs always.
I will see!
Note that the screen capture may differ than current version cos any new edition has new options, capabilities etc....

Now I will show some data plots for AMD gains...
The photo shows all pairs..

Overclocking Bible: Post your comments/questions here!-post2_1.jpg

Note that 4 points (see arrows) are away from others that's why I BANNED them from data modeling!
But I kept total samples = good samples + 4.

Here is

Overclocking Bible: Post your comments/questions here!-post2_2.jpg

the data modeling function (red color).
Green dashing curves are the upper and lower limits of each region.
As you can see 4 points are outside of areas (show arrows again).
Would you like 100% possibility?
OK it is easy!
But if program output "Estimated area is 2700 - 2800 MHz and possibility is 100%" is this useful?
That's why I keep estimated areas 2 - 4 * multiplier MHz for all estimators.

You know, I considered this to be pimping an amateur product the first few times I saw threads about it, but you have actually done something very special here.

Very impressive work indeed Mr.SeanKon!

Do you mind if I host it in the AOA Files section?

As a matter of fact, he and I have already discussed this, and he has given his permission. I just haven't had time to get to it (truth is, I completely forgot about it; I should have mentioned it to you).

I must thanks gizmo first cos I have bothered him with many pms and emails and although he is very busy he always replies.

dsio if you want to host current version of O/c Bible here in Aoaforums or everywhere you want it is not necessary to give you my permission you have it mate!

Regards,
MrSeanKon.

I personally don't consider pulling Tae Kwon Do moves in the mirror to be "Busy".

I'm putting it up right now. I'll PM you about it in a minute.
