CPU and RAM monitoring program

I'm wondering if any of you guys have or know of a program that will work in Windows XP pro, that i can just have running in my system tray, i just want it to monitor my CPU usage, my network bandwith, my ram usage as well. it's okay if it's 3 seperate items. i just want to see what is being used the most.

This isn't a tray program but is worth having. It's called Net tools 4 and can be downloaded from http://www.the-mab.tk it does a lot of things, it's mainly for networks and internet. i warn you though, be careful with which of the tools you use, some have very sinister acts which they do, just be careful with it. It's completely legal though so don't worry. and it's free.
