Windows Media Edition Wont Record

Ok guys well I finally got a TV Tuner for my laptop that has Windows Media Edition installed on it. My question is that occasionally programs I have scheduled to record wont record because it says the content provider doesnt allow recording of this program, but like I said it doent happen all the time. I was wondering if there was any way of turning this off so that I wont ever have this problem and it will always record my programs

are you using a hdtv tuner ? if so you may find the program is being transmitted with the 'broadcast flag' embeded into the stream, this is part of digital rights management and prevents people from recording shows with the flag. There is nothing legal'y you can do about it im afraid
