I'm using them, but it doesn't have vga oc settings. Also not much improvement on 3DM06(about 20 points so far).


Does using tweaks driver like this one considered cheating on 3DM06?

It's not cheating, because 3Dmark06 knows that you are using non-standard drivers and flags your results accordingly.

Others can see which drivers you're using.

You may find these drivers give better results in some games. That's where they are likely to make the most difference.

Installed yesterday. WOW! Great drivers! They look and play great so far!

Anyone else finding real improvement with these drivers?

DL "cool bits" and install it. It just a registry hack to gives you O/C menu functions in "display".

7950GX2 is a tad expensive but the 7950GT is a great card anyway.

How do you compare this drivers with the NGO 91.47 drivers? Which ones give better fps? But please be objective Thanks!

I couldnt say, I doubt anyone has done an exact comparison between these two sets, download them though for sure, just about everyone has reported peformance increases.

Well I've tested this drivers along with NGO 91.47 drivers, the new nvidias 97.92 and the older 93.71 and the best results in AquaMark 3 that i've got was with the nvidias 93.71. Should I change the benchmark program to see the score increase that I've been expecting or there is no use. And btw with the XTreme-G 97.92 drivers I've got the second best score. The funny thing is that with the XTreme-G 97.92 the max fps increased and the min fps were increased but the averige fps didnt and now Im totaly confused

That's quite possible. The average could still work out the same even if both min and max are higher. If the max FPS does not occur for so long in the data, then it won't have so much impact on the average.

In general, an increase on the min FPS is a good thing. Means there will be fewer slow downs, and therefore smoother action overall.
