I don't suppose a fair and equitable treatment of it's customers would come into this at all?

MS always sees the cause outside of itself. MS always teats the aliment as if it did not originate from within it self. That's why MS solutions always fail.

As much as MS wants to ignore this simple fact, it remains un-get-over-able.
