Windows 2000

Just put win2000 on my parents computer as it was struggling with xp.

Any way as they are complete pc n00b's I'm forever sorting out their computer out which I usually do in xp using the remote login. Does Windows 2000 professional have anything like this available or do you need a third party software program like citrix?

I use WinVNC myself, but it's the same idea as UltraVNC, and MILES ahead of PC-Anywhere.
