Fedora Install disk problems

I'm hoping someone can help, this is driving Me nuts and eating up DVD disks!
I tried the following, downloaded and burned a 1/2 dozen iso's in 32 bit and had this problem always!

Yesturday I dL'ed and burned 64 bit under 2000 pro and had this problem again!
I get a good disk, I boot to it, the Fedora choice screen, where you choose to install or repair FLASHES PAST and then I get a blank dead screen!

So then I dL'ed and burned a ISO 64 bitFeodor under Fedora 32 bit, got a seemingly good disk...Same damn thing! I boot to the Disk, it loads the first Fedora choice page which then just flashes past unless I hit Pause freezes screen, then a blank when I hit enter or if I don't Pause the screen, it just flashes past to a blank screen.

Once It finally stops on it's own...(who knows why or when) I installed 32 bit a month or two ago after endless hours and different disks...I've tried 20 times to get Fedora started... Is it my DVD player? Works in all other ways perfectly!!

HELP! ":O}

You overclocking? Did you try to back to clock back down? If that's not the case, how old is the burner? If you've had it for a bit it might be time to run a Cleaner on it.

I don't see this with Ubuntu, or Win 2000 or any other disk I've made or bought Robbie. This strictly Fedora. I have 4 different Fedora 7 disks, everyone of them has worked at lest once, all do this!!

I'm moderately over clocked but Prime stable. OH! I saw this on my old box as well!

I've tried every boot order possible to my gear, I've disconnected everything drive but the intended Linux drive and the DVD drive...kinda need those for what I'm doing....":O}

I've made disks under 2000 and Fedora 32

I have an older DVD in my now abandon #2 Box....I guess it wouldn't kill me to try swapping them...But for this one application, seems very strange and I'd really like to know why before doing anything with hardware. Thanks Rob!

I have to manually format a disk in another machine to get an install to work before. This is with XP but still. No matter what i did the install would fail. I too the drive out and put it into another machine and deleted all partitions and reformatted. It then worked flawlessly.

Well I posted this once.or thought I had....
64bit installed. But as in the past I had to jump though so many hoops and try everything to have it NOT work, then to have the same thing decide after 15 tries to go...That I don't know what worked!

Lucky thing this install will last forever! ":O}

Well... you could always use DVD-RW disks, that way you won't use them up so fast

Hope you get this sorted though!!

No need for RW, I have around 6 or 8 copies of Fedora, just a matter of which one is magic today! ":O}
