I'd actually recommend you have a look around the filesystem, using cd to change directories, and ls to view the files in that directory. So that you know, there is a command in the terminal window that will tell you what directory you are in, to test this, open a terminal and type this: pwd now, that should give you something like /home/Daniel/ pwd stands for Present Working Directory, so its easy to remember. When I get back on one of my machines ill look into your other question though (im on uni winxp machine atm)
