Will be included in Fedora 8, and also Ubuntu Gutsy if I'm not mistaken. That said, when KDE 4 is released shortly, I'll be switching to that.

Yup, I'm using Gutsy Gibbon Alpha 5, and its running pretty well. The Deskbar applet seems pretty cool, and the network/power applets are much more refined that in Ubuntu6.10.

The unified Appearance tab is a great idea imho, it greatly reduced the clutter.
