| Bump the thread!  jv16 Power Tools is one of the best Registry Cleaners (although its interface is not very professional). The program supports many different languages (I have done the Greek project LEET!)  But I sent some suggestions to Macecraft to improve it  Add Advanced System Optimizer a general Windows tweaking software. IMHO you should mention Paragon Software site cos the company produces many good Windows software for backup/image etc...
