Does it still have the start button?

Slightly more seriously, if it's going to have an all new API, then would you bother writing code for it, or would you chose a platform such as Android or iPhone?

Yes it has a start button, plus "super legible" text.

What the difference is between "super legible" and legible is, I don't know.

I thought the whole point of Windows Mobile was to provide the user with a familiar (i.e. Windows) interface that they would be instantly comfortable with, while also providing the developer with a consistent application environment and development target?

Seems to me like this is going to cause a lot more problems than it solves, unless I'm misunderstanding.
