| The best Windows tweaking utility I've seen X-Setup is a tweaking program that I ran accoss a while ago. It is the most extensive tweaker I have seen. There are literally hundreds of tweaks. If you're not comfortable or familliar with making changes to your registry to get better performance out of your system then you might want to give it a try. This makes TweakUI look like a toy.
