| can I sell this? I've made a system for schools so they can test there students online e.t.c I won't go into it too much, infact you can take a look at it on www.teamworx.co.uk It's not finished yet, but when it is, I want to sell it to schools in our area and possibly further a field. I have contacts becuase one of the teachers at our school has made software and sold it on to schools and made some nice ££. What I need to know is how I stand on copyright? PHP is open source right, so does that naturally mean any coding I make in PHP language I can't sell? or what? vBulletin is made in PHP and they sell it! so how do I stand here..... And would I be able to put a copy of MySQL and PHP on the CD I distribute for them to install or is that a no-go?
