Went to see it last night, it was great. Not sure I think love scenes belong in a Sci Fi like that though. But overall its a great movie, I can't wait to see the last one!!

MY complaint about the love scene is I think it was a little redundent. I mean just before they showed the love scene they showed the dance scene.

Now it's kinda "known" to "dance" is a metaphore to have sex. Well, I just figured that they used the RATHER LONG dance scene to let us know that this is what they were doing rather than show us what they were REALLY DOING.

Let me see if I get this straight. An anomaly in the Matrix creates the One. The purpose of the One is to eventually reboot the Matrix into a better Matrix. A Matrix without an anomaly. All the previous Ones chose the right door which eventually leads to him choosing 17 women and 6 women to repopulate the planet after Zion is destroyed and the Matrix is rebooted. He does this fully knowing that he is enslaving mankind to the machines in the hopes that the next version of the One will free mankind. Once he enters the Source, he becomes a part of the new Matrix, a better and more stable Matrix. This supposedly happens 5 times.

Eventually, we get to the current version of the One, the Sixth One if you will, who chooses the other door. Now mankind is supposedly doomed because the Matrix will crash, killing everyone connected to it, and the 250,000 squid things will destroy Zion and all of it's inhabitants. However, when the squid things come to destroy Neo and friends, Neo discovers he can now do things in the Zion world that should not be possible. So the Zion world is either another Matrix in a Matrix where Neo has super powers because he can alter the "code" or, Neo has magical powers. I don't which sounds cheesier.

i got something very similar from it mook... seen it 3 times and i got that...

this was the 6th version of the matrix.... they originally made one but it crashed because it was a perfect world (also notes it in the first movie)... the second time he based it on human history but it still failed.... then the oracle found out that if you give people the ability to choose they chose the matrix... at least 99.99 percent of them.... the others are what make up zion... they were inevitable.... so to control the other .01 percent they made another matrix (from what i understood) which is the world zion is in..... so they would think they are leaving but they are really not.... they would feel free but they would not be..... neo is the single anomoly aka the one.... he is the one thing that could destroy the matrix.... so they control him by making him think he is being led by an oracle down a righteous path set out already for him.... and the people of zion fall to believe this losing sight of protecting themselves like they should in war...leaving them vulnerable..... the other 5 "ones" were as you said.... the same... they all chose to reboot and restart zion because the matrix instilled in them a deep emotional link to mankind that they would protect it...... in neo he was rebelious.... his only need was trinity.... and to save her he had to choose the other door.....

the thing that made me think zion reality is actually another matrix is obviously he can control and feel the squidies..... but also... morpheus speaks of how things have to happen a certain way.... its destiny.... so to speak... well they wanted trinity in the matrix... or else the plan would not of worked (or so they thought).... so they made it so the one ship scaffolding thingie just happens to break and just happens to kill the two crew members of the third ship.... letting it sit defenseless as it gets blown up....


which makes it so trinity has no choice but to go in.... you see

now i am completely lost..... what was i saying.... reboot.....
