Internet Connections Q

Anyone have ANY idea how to connect to games like WoW, Everquest, Warcraft 3 or Counter-Strike from my college campus? I can connect when I go home, but I'm stuck in college with lots of free time when I'm not studying or partying and I'd like to play some of these games, if anyone has ANY idea on how to bypass this or change it so that I can connect, I'd appreciate it.

It all depends on what your college use to control access to the internet. If they're half way sensible, you'll struggle to bypass the rules!

Do they use a proxy server for HTTP/HTTPS?

type ipconfig and get your ip adress, then go to whatsmyip.org

if they are different they use a proxy.

the best way to bypass this is to make good friends with the network admin.
