Let's hope that Team Ferrari has a winning year! AMD's budget for advertising is almost as small as mine.

Why do you need to advertise yourself? All I have to is show up and the girls come to me

This may be a nice try for Amd But they need to do some TV advertising....Or is their some kind of rule that you can't have two Co. on at the same time?

hmm.... ya know, if I was a company, I wouldn't want my name seen right next to a huge MARLBORO sign.. Just not good associative publicity..

Well if you did not know.... Mr. Enzo Ferrari did not want Marlboro shown on his cars at ALL... But some how I think after he died they went on with it anyway...

Well it is on there now.. Regardless of how genuine someone’s reservations are; in big business, anyone can be bought through one way or another.

TV advertising? I don't think AMD can afford it. What does a "serious" TV ad campaign cost? 300 million dollars? It's chump change for Chipzilla. Probably out of the Q for AMD.

I so look forward to the latest "Blue Men," blitz from Intel. "Pentium," says the little creepy blue "alien" in the flying saucer commercials. Be honest folks--do the cute lil' "aliens" DEMAND a hail of hot lead? What about the "official blue men?" It's a miracle that such potent electromagnets for copper jacketed lead still live. They defy the laws of nature!

Never mind. I sold all the guns decades ago. It's all good--right?
