Holy ****!(excuse the foul language) that look's like a smaller version of the robot in Robocop(the bad robot). Wouldn't mind playing around with one of those.

Hahaha! indeed he did and it was pretty funny to watch it try too if only this real life mini version could walk as fluently as the larger movie version.

i just watched the video of it walking/skating.
i suppose it could make a good weapon for the militery unless someone ties it shoe laces together. then it would be screwed

this has been around some time.

i really dont think this design of mech will ever work too well, IMO one which responds to datasuit imput would work better

Looks incredible. You can buy a flying car off Firebox.com for around £300,000.
Off-topic: Ajopz, your signature is kinda starting to annoy me. Couldn't you make it a little smaller? Sorry if it sounds whiny but it's so big I can read it when I'm standing at the bottom of my garden!

I thought I'd put an order in for this baby, you know, use up the spare cash in my bank account. Looks like I'll need some lessons, otherwise might find myself crashing into the Empire State Building or something.

Thats alot of money, Now if they supplied a couple of mini guns on each side as standard i'd have one. Could have some real fun with it then, hunt some city types down.

Hmm, with serious armor you could into a lot of trouble with this. How well does it walk on grass?

Looking at the large footprint, I would imagine it would go over grass quite easily. What I would like to know is how it goes up slopes, and particularly, how it walks along a a banked road or plain. I imaging if it had a left to right tilt, it would fall on it's side very easily, since it cant pivot or tilt left to right.

Want to tip it over? stick a box under one of the feet as it comes down, and I would imagine it would fall like a rock.

Check out the video link under the picture. it doesnt walk, it kind of skates along, never lifting its feet.

ive seen a robot made by honda i think, that could just about walk but wasnt very mobile.
