Why are we so addicted to aoaforums.com?

It seems that this site is the most popular website i visit these days, i guess it's because i enjoy posting comments and seeing what other people think. What do you guys think?

I'd say that the majority of people who come and stay here actually have something intelligent to stay and the mood is always light. People here are thoughtful and considerate. Saying something here that people may not agree with doesn't generally start a flame war but instead a good discussion of the merits of the statement.

Plus the people who frequent these forums know a heck of a lot more about computers than I do. I've never asked a question here that has gone unanswerd in as much detail as I required. People here are always ready and willing to help.

I think it's the colours, a bit like how supermarkets and shopping centres are designed to keep you walking round, I reckon the colours and layouts are such that you find your self just sat looking at them and every so often you think 'heck I'll answer a post'. Or is that just me?

I think that's just you, Graham. I'd have to agree with fantomfreq completely.

It's a simple question but not everyone comes here for the same reasons.

Yeah i come here because the help is always there, and there are some REALLY knowledgable people here! DSIO is a life saver when it comes to nVidia solutions. Plus it's good to just have a bit of a chat with people and post random stuff in the nonsense board!

That's the reasons i come here really. GrahamGarside knows alot about all things motherboards and general hardware, Dsio is good for Nvidia, Aedan is good for all things very technical and the others are good for the odd things they have missed.

Don't forget me. I'm good at everything!
I like AOA because I'm accepted for who I am, and if I say something stupid, it's usually ignored so it doesn't become an issue!
I don't think I'm addicted. I tend to only psot when I feel relevant need. Plus I have a social life.
I sometimes sound like Simon Cowell. I have to say, I was in tears of laughter when watching a bit of X-Factor.
"Everybody today has been a complete nutter."
I agree with his thinking as well.
"Why do they come here? They can't sing, their crap at it. Why don't they find something their good at?"
Here we go, off on another tangent!.....sorry!
