tech project.

hello every one. In ym school we have a tech project were we have to make a air powered car.
SInce I made on that smoked all the other in speed (it's the 5th day) since I new aerodynamics my dad being a pilot I got board.
SO I'm, going to try win design you people please e-mail some cool looking desings (it's a 8in car). you can use two cold cathons I'm going to put on it.
No UV cathons. I have a blokv of wood and can't mess with the weels I can add whatever I want.

cathodes are going to be hard to put on a small car. You will need a source of 12v, which you could accomplish with 2 nine volt batteries and a voltage regulator (you could use a resistor, but the lights would get dimmer once the voltage dropped). I'm not sure how much current cathodes draw, but I imagine they will drain those batteries pretty quickly.

I ordered 3 4in there 12v I have a 12v recahgeable. 'll hollow the inside and mount it I should get a about 2-4hrs of batterylife and the period is only 45 mins.

Ah, that will probably work then. I was going to suggest you get some LEDs.

I would make it really overblown and ridiculous. Make a monster truck out of it, or a batmobile, or a whale. Better yet, give it wings and make it fly. If you do that you will win everything because of the cool factor alone.

the wings would be cool but it still has to move. for some reason even though my dads a pilot I have to show my acnolage of aerodynamics.
