Taiwanese firm plans to sue Apple

Hmm, I don't think apple would sue unless they where sure the company was actually doing something illegal. But then again, who knows just how greedy the execs can be?

Very rarely does a small company win a larger company in the courts.

'specially one as large as Apple. I'm sure their legal team is t3h awesome.
