Class action against nVidia?

I doubt they have much of a case. The hardware is actually suitable for Vista and fully working drivers will be about soon.

That's the meat of it there. Not having drivers now will cost thier partners money. If you wanted to buils a new high end rig with dual video cards in it would you get the one that is working now or the one that will be working as soon as we get around to writing drivers for it but don't blame us, Microsoft is the one who changed the API on us?
