| interesting I agree that Intel will have the upper hand for the next year - maybe two. But it has taken Intel almost 7 years to recover from AMD's release of the original Athlon chips. AMD's biggest issue stock price wise is to turn the ATI division back into a money-maker, or at the very least scavenge the best people and technology and move on down the road. Neither company is going to go out of business soon, and the competition should keep all our wallets a bit fatter. |
