AMD cries because INtel takes the market and tries to keep itself in the market by keeping itself on OEM pc's yay (tactics might not be fair or just but hey its a corporate world)!!

And why 2005 when clearly AMD's market during Q4 went up.
Intel loses market share in own backyard - CNET News.com

Just seems like AMD has lost ground on both the graphics market to Nvidia and to Intel on the Processor market and are trying to sue to keep a float.

EDIT. On FURTHER googling i find everyone tries to sue intel for everything

Intel sued over 'dual-core' branding, While it has targeted the largest chipmaker that uses the "dual-core" description, other suppliers, such as AMD, Sun and IBM, sell similar products. At the time of this writing, DualCor said it could not say if it would pursue any other manufacturers.

IMHO just companies going broke trying to get their hands in the big mans wallet
. We all know AMD HAD the market and better CPU's but now they lost the battle with there easy bake oven lineup they call Phenom. They should have a baking add-on for their cpu's so you can bake brownies as you game to conserve energy and to keep the nerds from having to get up to cook.

Have a heat pipe ? of sorts that vents the heat to the top of the pc where you have a george foreman grill like setup on top of the pc. "We grilling tonight" :P Aqua Teen Hunger Force Qoute

As the my girl just said "So the stoner gamers can make snacks while gaming or surfing and be lazy potheads"

Also you could use a grease fryer of sorts and circulate the grease through a grease cooling system /w filter addon.

Think of the applications man!!!

EDIT

AMD Phenom 9850
We'll now show you some tests we have done on overall power consumption of the PC, and the overall power consumption is just really impressive in several IDLE and PEAK states.

Wowzers, does overclocking hurt the wattage. So in combo with a fully build system with the Radeon HD 3870 active, we idle at 170 Watt, that's quite a lot actually.

Once we stress the 4 CPU cores we peak at 246 Watt, when we start to play a game we peak at 269 Watt.

Once we overclock the processor towards 3 GHz we see an idle power consumption of 215 Watt, 321 Watt when we stress the 4 CPU cores, and measured while playing some games we peak towards 334 Watt.

Thing is, Intel isn't exactly playing by the rules either. It might be "a corporate world", but that doesn't mean suspension of ethics. In fact, a company that is in a dominant position has far more responsibility that one that isn't.

From my research, you'd need 4 of these processors overclocked under load to use it as a hotplate to cook with...LOL
Although one 4 core processor you can use for slow cooking...hehe

Overclocked playing a game it gets 334 watts so you oculd cook in a decent amount of time and if you add'ed all the heat with a phenom you oculd cook :P

also you could get a few of these things
