 Nvidia FTW ! I was looking for some nvidia software (usual addon) and I found this little gem NVIDIA System Tools with ESA Support ! For the first time able to change shader clock from NV ctrl panel  You can even change the transparency level of the nvmonitor !!! I am using it in the last pic to see if I get the same info in riva  Enjoy

 Chris, have you tried the EVGA Precision OC Utility? It works perfectly for me with both XP & Vista. Best of all is that it has profiles you can make and activate with hotkeys for your different clock settings.
