~30 C / 85 F indoors...No A/C in the computer room.

I have an industrial floor fan aimed at my chair, though. It feels like I'm in a wind tunnel.

I've wondered what it's like to experience heat engendered discomfort. Oh, the peasantry!
Yeah, right. It's been ~63F here for the last week, the jump to ~92F is quite noticeable. If it's already 94F in Spokane I don't envy your weather today! Blasting fans are annoying, I might experience that wonderfulness too. Drink plenty of water all y'all!

We went out to Palm Springs yesterday. The outside temp reading hit 120 for a bit. Ugg.. at home it was a bit cooler though. (I think i don't know I wasn't there I was in PS! )

Night time cooled down a lot though. It was down in the low 70's.

I remember Palm Springs-what a miserable SOB. Of course that's when I was a teenager. I bet It's still a miserable SOB with strip malls!
Ain't progress beautiful?

Here in the mountains 5,500' its 98 during the day & in the low 60's at night so we're still not using the air yet.
So early in the morning (5am) we open everything up and have a big box fan blowing the cool air in, then by 7am shut everything up for the day.
By then the inside temp is 68.
It gets up to 78 in the house by the afternoon but it's still livable.
Much better than down in the valley where ccf & booman are.
That's averging 110+ during the day and not cooling off much during the night. You die without air conditioning there.

my poor aircooled rigs were just HOT. had to shut one down till I got a 20" fan blowin' at 'em. the H2o rigs have thermo/speed controls. all were on full speed and staying under 46c. still, the heat output 6 pc's was, well, hot. it's supposed to be 10F cooler today and below 80F for the rest of the week.

i'm glad to be canadian. it's hot as hell and muggy outside, but in my apartment it's actually cold. i don't have a thermometer so i'm not sure the precise temps inside. but outside it was 35c not including the muggy humidity. My Apartment's half subterrranian and has bushes infront of my window, a couple sheets of cloth are blocking the sun from getting in most of the time, there's a couple inches of space so i can see out.

It was 47F this morning here. NICE.

Only about 72 yesterday. Rather cool for this time of year. Maybe mother nature is feeling bad for us after all the rain and cutting us a little slack for a while.

LoLz such low temps :P

I get to be around/in 750c - 850c temps 84 hours a week :P

Aluminium oxide has a melting point of about 2,000 °C.
The operational temperature of the reduction cells is around 950 to 980 °C.

Ekkk!!!

Last night it was so hot my facial hair started melting and my clothes felt like they just came out of the dryer. I love the money though :P and we get a heat premium.
