This is my new webcam.
The IP address is dynamic but it shouldnt change for quite some time due to me having cable.

Any requests for stuff you want to see????

Hmmm. Perhaps something that didn't flicker quite so much?
Updating it every 3 seconds is all very nice, but even on a leased line it takes some time to reload the picture.

It's a very nice picture of a road through a window, with a remote control on the windowsill...

You live on a bus route too by the looks of it!

I've turned the refresh rate down to 4 seconds.
And pointed it behind me

These are some video clips I took with my new cam.
It can take video and still shots on its own.

When hooked up to PC it acts as a normal webcam.

Thse are AVI files converted to wmv and then zipped up.

The AVI files zipped are about 3meg so I thought I'd show you these. The qualities a little poorer but the file size is a lot better.

That poor individual was my brother waving at one of his friends.
Its not just aoaforum watching me, its all the known associates of my whole family.


Infact I may do a sort of big brother thing, set my camera up so you can see the screen and do a whole weekend on the aoaforums and everyone can watch.

Does anyone know how to set it up so that it does streaming video. The best I can do with my software is a refresh every 1second (its at 4seconds at moment to save bandwidth)??

Quite, I cant be bothered to run the cam all the time, eats a lot of bandwidth and kinda makes me a little edgy. [All them people staring at me].
