I just felt like running

It rained like 3 inches last night and this morning here in Southeastern Wisconsin. So I went over to our local cross-country course and ran there. The whole thing was one big mud pit. It was awesome. Plus artificial lakes had formed and I had to wade through them. Rain is fun

I like rain, it makes stuff grow. But you see, I live, work, and play inside 95% of the time; so no harm done to me by rain . . . .

Well, my shoes are full of mud and wet. I put them out to dry but it rained AGAIN and I was too lazy to bring them back inside. So maybe they'll be dry be tommorrow.

You guys have a maritime climate there, right? So, like, are raincoats and umbrellas standard equipment?

I just got here for the winter, and lucky for me it hasn't rained much. I grew up in snow, and like it much better than rain..

I grew up in San Diego, for me it took quite a bit of getting use to, now I love the climate. But the first two years were a bit depressing. Hang tough.

I was born in Mass in 1956 moved to So Cal the end of 1979 and LOVE it here.

Maybe because of "having" to go out in the cold/wet weather, II/we love the desert.

If we want to play in the snow it's only 3/4 of hr away and don't have to shovel/plow it

We do get rain but @ least it's NOT bitter cold in the winter.

I think I missed that lesson in A level maths
Rain usually washes away the snow, also it messes my hair up, it makes my clothes wet, it makes big puddles that cars splash through and make me wet, so I say rain=bad
