| Great service experienced here too. Bought a ThermalRight, Papst Fan, IDE Cable and 512MB TwinMOS PC3200. All arrived promptly. Memory turnout out to be faulty and one call to support who just checked that I knew there was a problem with it ("Have you run memtest? Have you tried parts in isolation") got me an RMA and the memory was replaced within a few days. All their stock seems to be premium items and the descriptions have always been accurate for me and friends. |

| Another thumbs up from me. Myself and my housemates have bought the workhourse's of our computers from there, all things turned up promptly and were in fine working order, though a board of mine died months down the line I didnt bother returning it just bought a new one, it was no fault of there's (or epox's really) K

| I got told that I voided my warrenty on my ASUS A7N8X Deluxe by "Physically removing the SPDIF port on my board" EXCUSE ME!? It arrived like this!!! Why on earth do you think I'm sending it back!? I loved Overclockers... but now... our relationship is bumpy.

| Luckily for me the City Link Depot is 10 min from my house, so any drops I've missed I can collect pretty soon after. OcUK are ok, have some great prices on Thermalright HSF's at the moment too! |

| uck, i ordered a dvd writer at last from scan on monday, looks as if its coming via city link. *crosses eyes, fingers, elbows knee's and toes* |

| Phew its all turned up and is in good condition, the driver was friendly too, must of been new as he had a mini map to my road 2pm in the afternoon though, not exactly prompt but within the delivery window |

| I have to disagree with most of you. ocUK in my view are as bad as companies get. I am one of a handful of people in my area alone that have had bad experiences. I would much prefer to buy off Micro Direct or eBuyer, who offer similar, often betetr pricing, and no doubt the range of goods on eBuyer is huge. See my post here to see why I disagree. ![]()
