Axiontech No Ship Product

I ordered a Maze 2-1 waterblock from www.axiontech.com on 2/9/02. They emailed me, explaining that the item was on backorder. I said OK, I'm prepared to wait a week or two, maybe even three. But when it had been a month since I had ordered, and they still couldn't get it to me, I had to cancel. I thought this was terrible service, they had told me at least 4 times that the block would be in the next day and they would ship. They never shipped. That's OK, I'm sold on the MCW462-U now anyway. Just letting everyone know.

I had a bad experience with them as well..

They sent me a motherboard (boxed) in a shipping box with about 2 inches clearance on each side of the product inside and they only put like 15 styrafoam peanuts in.. The shipping box was dented and the mobo box inside had a huge gouge in it and they told me I was SOL unless I insured it..

The mobo worked but the kicker is that I even explained in detail how I wanted it packed when I sent in the order.. I'll never use them again... I use googlegear now :-D
