I just spent half an hour on the phone with these retards. I ordered 3 "OEM" items:

Logitech G11 keyboard
They sent me a scratched up (bottom) used keyboard.

Logitech 2.1 speakers
Also used, but sound fine. Still going back.

Logitech laser mouse
Bulk packed. No problem, but joining it's brothers in the RMA box all the same.

They tried to tell me that OEM means refurbished, which it most definitely does not. They also tried to convince me that the items they sent me were in fact refurbished, which they most definitely were not. I have purchased refurbished logitech products before, and they would never have shipped items out in this condition, or packaging. Retail boxes full of green peanuts.

Also wanted to note that Logitech needs to offer up a little more in a "gaming" keyboard. Incredibly high effort, average throw keys. There is nothing about this keyboard that makes it a gaming keyboard outside of the switch to shut off the windows key for noobs. I would have hated the piece of crap even if it were new. I really cant stress the high effort keys enough. The G11 is total ****e.

The quality of Logitech keyboards seems to be going downhill. Too successful for their own good.

I'm heading to bestbuy to pick up a lycosa and a lachesis tomorrow. Should have gotten them in the first place. The microsoft sidewinder mouse is cheaper, and seems better to me, but I am left handed, so I can't use it.
