ok i have abit of a challange

the number 2 AOA folder on jan 31 will recieve this brand new.... smooth and shiney ,1 dollar bill ... which will be sent to the winner postage paid buy me , kat and thats that...

not that i have a chance (until Feb or Mar ) but i just wanna know what time of day jan 31? I mean, is that 12:00 a.m. 1/31 or 6:00 o'clock or what?

and is that figured in GMT, EST, PST, CST? zone?

and you thought you could just give awaya dollar
